Delivery Fee Calculation

• One-way driving miles from Englewood, pulled from Google Maps and rounded to the nearest whole mile
• Fee: read straight off the mileage schedule — one row per mile, 1 through 50 mi. It is a table lookup, not a drive-time formula
• Past 50 mi: extrapolated at the schedule's own tail slope (the average $/mi across its last five rows), rounded to the nearest $5
• Short load fee: $75 on any load under 3 cubic yards, charged per load
